Research On The New Kinetic Energy For Seaward Economic Development In Guangxi Province

Guangxi is the only coastal province in western my country.Accelerating the development of the Seaward economy is not only an objective need to actively adapt to and lead the new normal of economic development,but also to implement the new mission of "Three Positions" and the new requirements of "five solid" assigned to Guangxi by the central government.Specific practice is an inevitable choice for building a new pattern of high-level open development and promoting the construction of a strong marine area.Based on the perspective of the new kinetic energy of Guangxi Seaward economic development,based on theories of open economy and other related research results on Seaward economy,open economy,and new kinetic energy of economic development,the article first defines the relevant connotations of the new kinetic energy of Seaward economic development.It analyzes the development status of Guangxi Seaward economy from six aspects: marine resources,marine industry,degree of openness,marine technology,marine ecology,and marine culture.Secondly,Guangxi province to the sea economically relevant documents,Construction of Guangxi,evaluation of the new sea economic momentum indicator system to determine the criteria layer weight analysis measurement results using the global principal component analysis by AHP,and Guangxi to the sea economic development the new level of development momentum analysis,based on the new momentum to Guangxi measure the level of economic development on the sea,a regression model to analyze the influence of the sea in Guangxi composite score to the new economic momentum to the economy overall score to the sea.Finally,the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of new kinetic energy of Guangxi Seaward economy are put forward,in order to have more theoretical explanatory power and practical value in the study of the new kinetic energy of Guangxi Seaward economic development.
