Study On The Impact Of Climate Change On Guangxi's Economy And The Countermeasures

With the global climate change increasingly, market failure and public goods, externality theory and experience show that adaptation to climate change is the ultimate way to s olve the problem of climate change. At present, the problem of climate change as one of the important external issues facing Guangxi, its wide range of impact, high complexity has been widely recognized by the community and the scientific community, the economic impact of climate change has also become a hot spot in academic circles.Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical siginificance to study the impact of climate change on the economy of Guangxi.This paper taking Guangxi as an example, tries to push the economic impact of climate change to the regional level. It based on the combing of relevant literature and data, simply introduces the regional general situation of Guangxi and the influence of climate change on several aspects of Guangxi economy. It combines with relevant data of Guangxi economy and climate change, starting from the perspective of cross disciplines and local climate economics, putting climate change factor into economic model to construct the new model. Using time series data to analyze the impact of climate change on Guangxi's economy, which results show that climate change has a siginificant impact on the economy of Guangxi; then discuss the impact of climate change on agriculture, tourism two sensitive industry, mainly in roder to further reflect the presence of certain influence on agriculture, tourism climate change; then from the influence of Guangxi's current greenhouse gas situation of vulnerability and adaptation actions three aspects illustrate the importance of adaptation to climate change in Guangxi and urgency; according to the research results, from agriculture and tourism and adapt to the urgency of three aspects to put forward several corresponding countermeasures of adapting to climate change. Finally, this paper made a summary and the future study of the outlook.
