Research On The Endogenous Industry Safety Of Chinese Agricultural In The Context Of Open Economy

This paper has selected two level indicators of agricultural soft power index and open economic index and ten secondary indexes such as industrial policy index to set up China agriculture endogenous industry safety index evaluation system under the background of open economy.At the same time,this paper,using the data from 2007 to 2016 and Standardized Method,Dimensionless Method such as Range Method and objective weighting method such as Mean Variance and so on,has evaluated the degree of China agriculture endogenous industry safety and put forward policy suggestions in view of the evaluation results.The first chapter of this paper introduces the research background,significance and innovation points.The innovation points of this paper lies in the definition of endogenous industrial safety and the establishment of China agriculture endogenous industry safety index evaluation system.The second chapter mainly introduces the early theory of industrial safety.It mainly includes Trade Protectionism,Infant Industry Theory,"Core and Periphery Theory",Theory of Economic Surplus,Multinational Corporation Theory,Flying Geese Theory and Strategic Trade Theory.The third chapter mainly introduces the research status of industrial safety in China,including different industrial safety views,different research methods,and different industrial safety index systems.The fourth chapter mainly introduces the principles of the construction of index system,the definition of endogenous industry security,the principles of the construction of endogenous industrial security index system and China's agriculture endogenous industry safety index system created in this paper.The fifth chapter has acquired the safety state of Chinese agriculture from 2007 to 2016 by the description of agricultural soft power index and open economic index,the definition of industrial security levels,the setting of index limitation and weight,the dimensionless processing and index standardization processing.The sixth chapter analyzes the industrial security degree,the safety state of each index and the evaluation result of index weight,and puts forward corresponding policy Suggestions.The results show that the security state of China's agricultural industry has remained at a critical state from 2007 to 2016.For this low security state,this paper has put forward five policy suggestions: encourage export of China agricultural,increase financial support,improve science and technology innovation,establish industrial safety coping mechanism under the background of open economy and strengthen legislation to ensure the safety of non-traditional industry.
