| The idea of " materializing morality " put forward by Peter Paul Verbeek,the Dutch philosopher of technology,whose unique perspective on the relationship between human and technology provides a new way to further study of ethical issues in technology.It is aims to open a new research approach for us to rediscover the relationship between human and technology,and understand the moral connotation of technological artifact itself.In this research the main object is Verbeek’s " materializing morality" with the of the internalism approach and the perspective of post phenomenology.This paper analyzes the specific cases of the technical prevention at colleges and universities by using the idea "experience regulation" and "Practice Regulation" put forward by Verbeek,to finds out the internal logical relationship of the operation of the technical prevention at colleges and universities.Then explores the effect of the technical prevention of colleges and universities from a new internal perspective to finds out the existing defects and problems in technical defense at colleges and universities.At last,it provides the realistic reference of technology morality to optimizing the construction of technical prevention at Colleges and universities,which also promotes the technical prevention to provides security also concerned morality issues in the current environment of the rapid development of technology,and constantly develops the trend of "stable and good",then provide technical security during the development of a safe and harmonious campus.The beginning of the paper,which summarizes the current research situation in this field as a whole,as well as the research object,research methods and the meaning of this study;Second,introduce and traces to the origin of the Verbeek’s idea of “materializing morality” and the four main contains 1.The experience regulation and Practice Regulation function of technology;2.the analysis of moral initiative beyond the traditional dichotomy of subject and object;3.Technology-accompany can promote the moral responsibility transformation under certain conditions;4.consideration of moral connotation of the design of technology "script",are deduces with the individual cases researched in this article.Moreover,the idea of Materializing Morality is dialectical evaluated.Again,the article expounds the phenomenon of materializing morality at the higher education institutions,and their internal relationship.Also reassess the current situation technology prevention at the universities and colleges with the perspective of materializing morality and explain their problems.In conclusion,the article made dialectical analysis on the idea of materializing morality,and using it’s critical idea to analysis the optimization of technology prevention at higher education institutions in a perspective of technology ethics. |
