Including technical technology to create the main moral failure, lack oftechnical management of the main ethical and moral failure on the main consumertechnology.Third, the ethical relationship between the risk of disorders caused by expansionof dislocation. Imbalance in the relationship between the ethical performance ofdislocation of the relationship has become a materialized human relationship, humanand social relations, subjectivity, and the loss of the relationship between man andnature dualism.In this regard, we should start from the following three dimensions of ethics toregulate the technical risks.First, the ethical evaluation mechanism from the "monologue" to "discuss." Thattechnology assessment should reflect the human ethics principles, ecologicalprinciples, and should actively build ethical evaluation of the main talksqualifications, such qualifications should include knowledge and qualifications todiscuss, reason and moral qualifications and qualifications; and ethical discussionsshould also include the form of macro-and micro two aspects.Second, the ethics of governance should be "autonomous" to "cooperation." Thatscience and technology workers, business, government and the public should assumetheir respective responsibilities, to promote ethical governance to the "cooperation" ofpositive transformation.Third, the ethical responsibility as the domain should be "individual" to"widespread." This "universal" as the domain of ethical responsibility should include the following three aspects: the person responsible for the contemporary, responsiblefor future generations, the natural responsibility.
