Groundwater is an important part of the water resources system and one of the important resources of today's social environment.In order to accurately grasp the main influencing factors of the regional groundwater level,ensure the long-term sustainable use of regional groundwater,and alleviate regional water pressure,this paper takes the World Bank-financed sustainable agriculture project in Liaoning Province as an example,and first classifies the influencing factors of the groundwater level in the project area And preliminary selection;adopt dual index screening methods based on cumulative information contribution rate and information substitutability to eliminate unreasonable indexes;then comprehensively consider the influence of subjective and objective factors on the groundwater level,and adopt the coefficient of variation method-entropy weighting method to determine The weights of various indicators are used to construct the groundwater level impact evaluation index system;finally,the groundwater level impact evaluation model is established using grey relational theory,and the groundwater level impact evaluation research of 6 World Bank project areas in Liaoning Province is carried out,and multiple linear regression analysis is used.The method further quantified the influence of various significant impact indicators on groundwater depth,and provided theoretical support and reference basis for its future groundwater development and management.The main research results of this article are as follows:(1)Based on the dual index screening method,6 groundwater level impact evaluation indexes were screened out.From the three aspects of engineering measures,agricultural measures and forestry measures,combined with human factors,natural factors and social factors,14 evaluation indicators were initially selected.On this basis,a dual index screening method based on information substitutability and cumulative information contribution rate was used to screen the 14 primary indicators,and finally 6 groundwater level evaluation indicators were screened out.(2)Determine the combined weights of groundwater level evaluation indicators based on the combined weighting method.The combination of subjective and objective coefficient of variation method-entropy weighting method is used to calculate the weight of the determined evaluation indicators.The original data matrix is established by the entropy weight method and standardized,and then the entropy value and entropy weight value of the quantified evaluation index are calculated.The coefficient of variation method is used to adjust the weighting result of the entropy method to make the weighting result more in line with the actual situation.(3)Based on the gray correlation analysis method,the groundwater level impact evaluation model of the study area was established,and the sequence of the correlation degree between the various indicators in each project area and the groundwater level was clarified.(1)Lingyuan: groundwater extraction volume>soil deep loosening area>vegetation coverage area>water and soil loss>ET>volume of water storage pond;(2)Huludao:rainfall>water-saving irrigation area>available surface water resources>soil depth Pine area>crop water consumption> ET;(3)Jinzhou: rainfall> groundwater extraction> soil deep loosening area> water-saving irrigation area> ET> storage pond volume;(4)Zhangwu:groundwater extraction> rainfall> soil erosion Amount>vegetation coverage area>Soil subsoiling area>ET;(5)Sujiatun: Groundwater extraction>rainfall>ET>Soil subsoiling area>Crop water consumption;(6)Changtu: Groundwater extraction volume>Rainfall>Crop water consumption >Water-saving irrigation area>ET>Soil deep loosening area>Water and soil loss.Except for the Huludao Lianshan project area,the amount of groundwater extraction in the remaining project areas has a significant impact on the groundwater level.The groundwater level in the Lingyuan project area is most sensitive to changes in the amount of groundwater extraction;the area of deep soil loosening affects the 6 project areas The groundwater level of the project area has the greatest degree of correlation with the groundwater level in the Xiaodong Breeding Farm project area where the soil compaction phenomenon is serious.The impact of ET on the groundwater level in each project area is not much different.It shows that the impact of ET on the groundwater level is universal and weak,and it best reflects the comprehensive impact of the World Bank project implementation on the groundwater level in the project area;in addition,vegetation coverage,soil erosion,crop water consumption,and water-saving irrigation pipeline laying Indicators such as length and available surface water resources all have a certain impact on the groundwater level in some project areas.(4)The multiple linear regression analysis method was used to quantify the relationship between the significant impact indicators and the groundwater depth,and the multiple linear regression equations of the groundwater depth and its significant impact factors in each project area were obtained.The positive and negative effects of various indicators on groundwater depth are clarified by the sign of the regression coefficient in the equation:groundwater extraction,soil erosion,and crop water consumption all have a positive effect on the change of groundwater depth;rainfall;The four indicators,namely,the amount of soil,the area of deep loose soil,the area of water-saving irrigation,and the amount of surface water available,all have a negative effect on the change of groundwater depth.
