In our country,green construction has started relatively late both in concept and theoretical research,lacking advanced green construction technology and management experience,and relevant laws and regulations are not perfect.There are still various problems in the actual construction process.Establishing a scientific and feasible evaluation index system for green construction of construction projects will promote the healthy and sustainable development of the construction industry.Based on the evaluation of green construction in the construction stage of building engineering,through consulting domestic and foreign references and field research,this paper combines the characteristics of construction development,management experience and technology level of domestic building engineering,and the relevant norms and standards of green construction,such as "Evaluation Standard for Green Building","Guidelines for Green Construction" and "Evaluation Standard for Green Construction of Building Engineering".The content of this paper is to establish the evaluation index system of green construction in the construction stage of construction projects,and to divide the evaluation index system of green construction into seven first-level evaluation indicators: construction management,environmental protection,improvement and innovation.Seven first-level indicators are refined again and 20second-level evaluation indicators are formed.Then,each second-level index is studied and analyzed according to the characteristics of each index.Determine the evaluation content and criteria of the indicators.The combination weight of green construction evaluation index is determined by combining objective weight method(entropy weight method)with subjective weight method(AHP).Then,the grey relational analysis theory is used to establish the green construction evaluation model based on the grey relational analysis method.Through the analysis of a new campus construction project in a university,the green construction level of several construction projects is compared and analyzed in order to select construction projects with higher green construction level.Then the grey clustering method is used as a comparative evaluation model.The consistency of the results of the two evaluation methods indicates that the green construction evaluation index system and the grey relational analysis theory evaluationmodel are scientific and feasible.
