Group cooperation is the basis for the survival and stable operation of nature and human society. How to reveal the emergence mechanism and stimulation mechanism of group cooperation behavior has become one of the most challenging scientific problems in the field of artificial intelligence in recent years.Evolutionary game theory,as a theoretical method to quantitatively describe the law of individual behavior decisionmaking in the process of group cooperation and competition, provides theoretical support for the study of human behavior decision-making mode.At present, various countries have also made corresponding research plans, clarifying the important position of game theory-driven behavior decision-making research in artificial intelligence.Based on the complex network, this paper has proposed the following two behavioral decision-making models based on evolutionary game theory, trying to explore the mechanism and evolution process that promotes the emergence of group cooperative behavior in structured groups:(1)A structured group game model is proposed based on multi-population.Aiming at the influence of different populations on the evolution of cooperation, this paper has considered the loss of reward between different populations based on the traditional prisoner’s dilemma game model to evaluate the level of group cooperation in multipopulation and proposes a micro-mechanism explanation based on the strategy cycle.Due to the introduction of multi-population,group behavior decision-making will spontaneously form a stable strategy cycle, which significantly improves the level of group cooperation. The experimental results have shown that, under the condition of cooperative advantage, the system with fewer populations remains stable, allowing the generation of cooperative behavior. And the system with more populations greatly promotes the emergence of group cooperation behavior, which contributes to the absolute advantage of group cooperation in the system. In adverse circumstances,a system with less population can promote the maintenance of group cooperation. On the contrary, the strategy cycle in the system with more populations is easy to collapse, leading to the disappearance of cooperative behavior.(2)A structured group game model is proposed based on a variable environment. In order to solve the problem that the group behavior will induce the change of game environment because of the interaction between players and environment, this paper considers the coevolution of behavior and environment, extends the traditional public goods game model, introduces the trigger threshold of group game environment change, constructs the behavior environment co evolution model, and explores the evolutionary game dynamics of structured groups in variable environment. The results show that the coevolution model can effectively promote the emergence and maintenance of group cooperative behavior. With the increase of threshold ,the higher the level of group cooperation, the existence of optimal threshold can better promote the emergence of group cooperation behavior. This is because the group cooperation behavior can continuously improve the environment,so that the game participants may obtain higher income in the next round of the game, while large-scale betrayal behavior will damage the environment, resulting in the continuous decline of the future income of the game participants. In this case, people seem to be more willing to give up selfish free riding and invest in public pools.
