| In an increasingly globalized world,the interactive networks and relationships between people have become more and more complex.How to promote cooperation between selfish individuals has become a social evolutionary problem.The network evolution game provides a better theoretical framework for the study of cooperation problems,reputation as a binding force can guarantee the continuous cooperation.When the reputation mechanism works,people are more inclined to cooperate with‘bad’ individuals.Based on this,this paper designs three reputation evaluation mechanisms since network reciprocity theory.This thesis apply reputation information to the process of group game,so as to explore its impact on the emergence of cooperation.The main contents are as follows:In the spatial public goods game,this thesis introduce a second-order reputation evaluation mechanism with rewards and punishments parameters to explore how the behavior of interacting with‘bad’ individuals should be constrained by reputation.Should we give a better reputation and image reward for cooperating with‘bad’individuals? Should we give a worse reputation and image punishment for defecting‘bad’ individuals? Through the discussion of different parameter spaces,the research results show that rewarding the behavior of cooperating with ‘bad’individuals and punishing the behavior of defecting‘bad’ individuals will make the collaborators cluster closer,which greatly improves the level of group cooperation.However,further increasing the degree of reward has no significant effect on the result,and increasing the degree of punishment will make the cooperation effect better.Previous studies have observed that‘green beard’ effect will cause individuals to be more inclined to cooperate with the same type of people.Therefore,a new type of collaborative individual has been constructed using reputation as a basis for judgment.Reputation mediated effect will affect individual action rules,making collaborators easier to cooperate with ‘good’ individuals.In this study,a mixed population of three different types of individuals was used to simulate under the framework of the spatial prisoner’s dilemma game.It is found that collaborators with reputation mediated effect can significantly improve the group cooperation level.In a certain parameter environment,collaborators have the characteristics of high reputation and high return at the same time,and finally become the best strategy among the three strategy types,the synergy effect is also better in the low reputation environment.In order to enable the reputation evaluation mechanism to better resist the "free ride" behavior in the system,this thesis set up a comparison model based on model two.When other conditions remain unchanged,the simple first-order reputation evaluation mechanism in model Two is replaced by a second-order reputation evaluation mechanism with reputation adjustment coefficient.The new reputation evaluation mechanism will increase the reputation score reward and punishment gap between cooperation and betrayal,which is more conducive to the survival of cooperators.It is found that when the reputation adjustment coefficient is 1,the role of the second-order reputation mechanism is similar to that of the first-order reputation mechanism.When the reputation adjustment coefficient is less than 1,the second-order reputation mechanism plays a more significant role in promoting the emergence of cooperation with the decrease of reputation adjustment coefficient.This thesis based on the above three reputation evaluation mechanisms shows that compared with the traditional model which only considers strategy and income,reputation information provides a new constraint for individuals.At the same time,strategy learning also tends to imitate individuals with good income and reputation.This positive reputation regulation will make the group cooperation behavior appear earlier.The research of this paper is helpful to further understand the mechanism and evolutionary dynamics of cooperative emergence from the perspectives of reputation affecting individual behavior,it has important enlightenment for the application of reputation system in practice. |
