In the era of high-quality development of the postal industry,green,platform and intelligent city terminal distribution has become an important development direction of express enterprises.At the same time,the rapid development of the Internet economy has spawned a variety of sharing economy,and joint distribution has become one of the important trends in the development of express delivery.Its connotation is to reduce costs,improve efficiency and reduce environmental pollution by integrating resources.However,there are some problems to be solved in the actual operation of joint distribution enterprises,such as the choice of joint distribution mode,the path planning of electric vehicles under the background of joint distribution,the pricing game under joint distribution,and the joint decision-making of electric vehicle path pricing game.Therefore,based on the above market environment and focusing on the joint distribution environment at the end of the city,this paper makes an in-depth study on the joint decision-making of electric logistics vehicle path-pricing gameFirstly,from the point of view of reducing distribution cost and pollution,the use characteristics of electric vehicles are studied.According to the use characteristics of electric vehicles,a comprehensive charging strategy of cost orientation and mileage anxiety is designed.Considering that there are multiple distribution centers after joint distribution,based on the difference of customer priority,and the introduction of multiple models,time windows and other factors,a minimum distribution model is established The model of electric vehicle distribution path planning based on delivery cost and penalty cost.At the same time,according to the demand of solving large-scale problems,a two-stage algorithm of"clustering+large neighborhood search" considering workload balance is designed,and the neighborhood search structure of demand points and customer points is designed,so as to improve the scope of path search and solve the model efficiently.Finally,the feasibility of the model and the effect of the algorithm are analyzed by an example.Secondly,starting from the mode of joint distribution,taking the joint distribution alliance including one express enterprise and one cooperative enterprise as the research object,the pricing game model under decentralized decision and centralized decision is established.In view of the decentralized decision-making scenario,five different profit distribution methods are considered:fixed payment mode,piece by piece payment mode,revenue sharing mode,technology level compensation mode,revenue sharing and cost sharing mode.In the construction of the game model,considering the influence of the percentage of courier,peer competition and technical level on the demand and cost,the best decision of express enterprises and cooperative enterprises is given with the goal of profit maximization.The results show that:revenue sharing and cost sharing mode can make the alliance get the best profit,achieve Pareto improvement,and adjust the proportion of pro fit distribution more flexibly.Finally,by solving an example,the paper analyzes the technical level,price and profit changes of the alliance under different modes,and verifies the accuracy of the proposition.Finally,on the basis of the research of path planning and pricing game of electric vehicles,the single-layer and double-layer programming models of joint decision-making of path-pricing game of electric vehicles are established.In large-scale problems,genetic algorithm and two-stage algorithm are designed for the single-layer programming model to search the optimal price and optimal path respectively,so as to achieve the purpose of joint decision-making.At the same time,the single-layer programming model can price for different regions.The bi-level programming model can better divide the internal cost of the alliance.Finally,the feasibility,advantages and disadvantages of the two planning models are verified through case analysis.
