The evolvement and plebification of genetic testing technology have gave rise to more and more arresting security issues of genetic data privacy.The traditional genetic testing process is allowed to share and disclose highly private and valuable personal genetic data without their knowledge.The ownership of a user's genetic data is difficult to ascribe to an individual.Some scientific research institutions obtained genetic experimental samples from unreliable and untrue sources,which seriously affected the research of biological medicine.For genetic testing industry and gene shared areas of data security and attributive of the problem,this article will apply block chain technology and SGX technology in the area of genetic data sharing and safety.The safety shared genetic data model and the role of credit evaluation model are designed and we implemented genetic data sharing system based on block chain.The following is the chief details of the paper:(1)The security sharing model of gene data is constructed.Through the study of genetic data sharing process,four roles including data provider,sequencing institution,computing service party and data user are designed.Smart contract is used in the sharing process,so as to realize the immutability and transparency of the process.(2)The SGX technology is used to process the gene data safely.The computing service party will transfer enough genetic data to the enclave for data analysis training,isolating the external non-enclave,so that no program can tamper with or interfere with the calculation process,and ensure the accuracy and security of data.(3)A credibility evaluation scheme for each role in the genetic data sharing model is designed.According to the sharing behavior of the role participants and the arbitration results in the arbitration mechanism,the evaluation indexes of sharing success,sharing failure,appeal success,appeal failure and misconduct of the role participants were obtained.The personal credit value of each role participant was obtained by integrating the evaluation indexes,and the credit value was taken as the selection consideration in the sharing process.(4)The gene data security sharing system based on block chain is realized.The development of user operation page has been completed.Ordinary users can conduct gene detection and release of gene data,scientific research institutions can apply for sharing of gene data,and computing service providers can publish computing power and complete data processing.In summary,this article empowers blockchain technology and SGX technology in the territory of genetic data sharing,transparent genetic data sharing process,which has the features of high tamper-proof,high security,traceability and so on.The credibility evaluation model is not only used as a consideration for users' choice,but also provides a channel for users to complain and report malicious behaviors.Through the gene data security sharing system based on blockchain technology,scientific research institutions or research institutions can obtain the true and reliable gene data training results for scientific research under the condition of not revealing the user's personal gene privacy,which is conducive to the further development of biomedical.
