With the development of the Internet and computer science,the research of biological information storage and transmission based on this technology has raised higher and higher requirements in terms of security and privacy.Traditional biological information databases lack encryption protection and access control for sensitive information,and is difficult to trace sensitive operations.In view of the above problems,this paper proposes a blockchain-based biological data verification mechanism and a homomorphic encryption-based biological data security query mechanism,and designs and develops a set of biological data storage and sharing system(BDS3).The main innovations of the paper are as follows:(1)We proposed a biological data verification mechanism based on blockchain.We designed a "multi-data-chain+single-behavior-chain"structure with multi-layer chain cluster.Based on the Hyperledger Fabric platform,we divided node permissions,and the data files must be completed through the hash of biological data stored in the data chains of three different security levels.At the same time,sensitive operations on biological data will be recorded on the behavior chain,providing the blockchain with the ability to deposit certificates and post-inquiry audits.(2)We proposed a biological data security query mechanism based on homomorphic encryption.The complex tree-like information related to biological data is encrypted on the BGV homomorphic encryption algorithm and stored on the blockchain.A single-bit numerical homomorphic comparator in ciphertext space is used to implement a retrieval operation which does not involve plaintext.(3)Based on the theory above,we designed and developed a biological data storage and sharing system(BDS3)based on blockchain.The system mainly includes the function of transmitting biological data on IPFS and the certificate storage function on the blockchain,as well as access control functions for user identity.The system has completed front-end and back-end development,and realizes a visual interface for user interaction.In this paper,we combine biological data security and blockchain technology,introduce of consortium blockchain in the process of data distributed transmission for legitimacy verification,and use homomorphic encryption technology to encrypt the information on blockchain.This research ensures the security and privacy of data on the basis of improving transmission performance compared with traditional transmission technology.The biological data storage and sharing system developed by the above technology further verifies the feasibility of the research content in this paper.
