At present,the information management systems used by various medical institutions are independent and private.Medical information cannot be shared among medical institutions,and the personnel of the institutions are unable to keep abreast of patients’ detailed medical information,treatment process,and medication,which brings inconvenience to patients’ consultation.Meanwhile,traditional medical information management systems usually store medical information in a centralized way,and when the storage system is attacked,private data leakage and data tampering may occur.Aiming at the above problems,this paper optimizes the consensus process of blockchain-based medical information sharing system.It constructs a consensus environment based on the coalition chain,improves the Practical Byzantine Fault Tolerance(hereinafter referred to as PBFT)algorithm,increases the node contribution penalty mechanism,changes the consensus node as well as the master node selection,simplifies the consensus consistency protocol,and proposes the NCG-PBFT consensus algorithm.It reduces the probability of the master node doing evil and the communication complexity,improves the consensus efficiency of the algorithm,and makes it better applied to medical information sharing scenarios.A blockchain-based medical information sharing system is designed and implemented,and medical information authorization and monitoring medical information functions are set up to improve the security of patients’ medical information.Due to the huge amount of medical data,in order to reduce the burden of on-chain storage,the system adopts the storage mode of "on-chain indexing and off-chain storage",with the on-chain Couchdb state database and the off-chain storage mode combining Mysql database and IPFS,which realizes the decentralized storage of medical data under the condition that medical data will not be tampered with and the privacy of patients will not be disclosed.This enables decentralized storage of medical data without tampering with medical data and without disclosing patients’ privacy.
