The Calculation Of Eco Agricultural Efficiency And The Analysis Of Its Influencing Factors In Hebei

Since the reform and opening up,Hebei Province has vigorously developed agriculture.As a pillar industry in Hebei Province,both the output of agricultural products and the economic output value are constantly increasing.Agriculture is the basis for the survival of human society,which is closely related to social and economic development.In modern society,in order to improve agricultural production output,a large number of chemical fertilizers and pesticides are used,which not only causes environmental pollution,but also leads to the failure of agricultural product quality detection,seriously endangers the health of food,and is not conducive to the sustainable development of agriculture.Ecological efficiency can reflect the development level of economic resource environment complex system.To study the agricultural ecological efficiency of Hebei Province is one of the ways to get out of the predicament of agricultural development.It is of great significance to improve the agricultural development level of Hebei Province and promote the regional agricultural ecology.This paper takes Hebei Province as the research object.Based on the literature of agricultural ecological efficiency at home and abroad,environmental economics and sustainable development theory,using the panel data of 2006-2017 and sbm-dea model including unexpected output,this paper studies the agricultural ecological efficiency of11 cities in Hebei Province,and uses the panel data model to select per capita agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery Six explanatory variables,i.e.industrial added value,per capita cultivated land area of farmers,intensity of agricultural machinery use,effective irrigation area,urban-rural income ratio,and financial support for agriculture,are analyzed to analyze the influencing factors of agricultural ecological efficiency in Hebei Province.Finally,relevant policy suggestions are put forward for the development of ecological agriculture in Hebei Province.Specifically,this paper includes the following parts:(1)combing the references of ecological efficiency,determining the main research ideas of this paper,based on the basic position theory of agriculture of Marx,the traditional agricultural theory of Schulz transformation,the theory of ecological economics and the theory of environmental economics,analyzing the status of agricultural development and pollution in Hebei Province.(2)Using the data of 11 cities in Hebei Province from 2006 to 2017 as panel data,using the sbm-dea model including unexpected output to measure the traditional agricultural production efficiency and ecological agricultural efficiency of 11 cities in Hebei Province;on this basis,the evolution trend,regional differences and efficiencylosses of agricultural ecological efficiency in Hebei Province are analyzed.The results show that the traditional agricultural production efficiency is higher than the agricultural ecological efficiency in Hebei Province,and both of them are in a fluctuating downward trend.During the research period,there were six cities with relatively effective agricultural ecological efficiency,namely Shijiazhuang,Tangshan,Qinhuangdao,Zhangjiakou,Chengde and Langfang.(3)This paper selects the added value of per capita agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery,per capita cultivated land area of farmers,intensity of agricultural machinery use,effective irrigation area,urban-rural income ratio,and financial support level as explanatory variables,and makes an empirical analysis on the ecological efficiency of Hebei Province by using the random panel data model.The results show that the per capita cultivated land area of farmers has a significant positive effect on the agricultural ecological efficiency;the per capita added value of agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery,the use intensity of agricultural machinery,the effective irrigation area,urban and rural income ratio have a significant reverse effect on the agricultural ecological efficiency;the level of financial support for agriculture has no significant impact on the agricultural ecological efficiency.(4)Based on the above empirical research,four suggestions are put forward to improve the agricultural ecological efficiency of Hebei Province: strengthen the cultivation of new farmers,improve the application efficiency of water-saving irrigation technology,promote the large-scale operation of agriculture and pay attention to the research,development and application of agricultural production technology.
