Since China won the right to host the World Winter Olympics in 2015,China's ice-snow tourism industry seems to have entered a golden age of rapid development.A series of policies promoted the development of ice and snow tourism. The three provinces are located in the northeast of China. It has a superior geographical position and has always taken the lead in the development of the domestic ice-snow tourism industry, and various regions have also developed characteristic ice-snow tourism industries in accordance with the relevant policies. At the same time,a series of problems that brought about by the transformation of the tourism industry were discovered.A large number of ice-snow tourism resources are scattered, and the uneven structure of tourism space has blocked the development of ice-snow tourism to a certain extent. In this paper, the theories of tourism destination life cycle, sustainable tourism, tourism destination competition and regional spatial structure are applied.Combined with relevant literature and network data, spatial analysis and quantitative statistics were used to analyze the spatial distribution characteristics of ice-snow tourism resources in the three provinces of northeast China from the perspective of region and type. This paper analyzes several factors that may affect its spatial structure, and finds out the factors that affect the spatial distribution of ice-snow tourism resources in the three northeastern provinces. From November 2018 to April 2019,402 ice-snow tourism resources were selected as research objects in the three provinces in northeast China province. From the perspective of spatial geography, the spatial structure of ice and snow tourism resources was analyzed. The paper consists of four parts: The first part is the introduction, including the background, purpose and significance of the research. It sorts out the current domestic and foreign research on tourism spatial structure, tourism resource spatial structure and ice-snow tourism, and defines the concept and type of ice-snow tourism according to the existing literature and research needs. The second part is the analysis of the spatial structure characteristics of ice-snow tourism resources in the three northeastern provinces.Firstly, the quantity and type of ice-snow tourism resources are simply divided and counted. Then,Arc GIS and spatial analysis method are used to start the research from the perspective of spatial pattern and spatial correlation, and the follow-up research is carried out based on the spatial distribution characteristics obtained from the analysis. The third part is the research on the influencing factors of the spatial distribution of ice-snow tourism resources in the three northeastern provinces.According to the literature and specific background combed in preceding teax, and the three influencing factors of natural geography, social humanity and themselves, combined with the characteristics of spatial quantity and distribution, the correlation analysis of ice-snow tourism resources and different influencing factors are is carried out,and the content that really affects its spatial distribution is screened out as well. Finally, the paper puts forward the optimization method of the next step spatial structure, which is based on the principles of scientific development, comprehensive guidance and sustainability, and carries out specific optimization strategies, including strengthening market supervision, developing characteristic resources, opening up international market and high-quality lines, and building a comprehensive traffic network and reasonable and appropriate ice-snow tourism brand publicity.
