Traditional tourism is a form of entertainment,can not only knowledge but also increase the experience,with the development of economic society and people for the change of lifestyle and entertainment thought,tourism becomes more and more important for everyone.Ecological tourism is a substance that brings to the tourists and spiritual enjoyment,and not destruction of landscape and tourism resources,will lead the further development of ecological tourist area of science,healthy and civilized way of travel.Ecological tourism resources is the basis of the ecological tourism,ecological tourism relying on and depend on the further rational development of ecological tourism resources and sustainable use.Our country northeast area caused by the unique geographical location and terrain conditions,has the rich eco-tourism resources,but due to lack of ecological tourism resources protection in China for a long time of relevant legal and institutional guarantee,for the destruction of the ecological tourism resources.So to further improve and perfect our country northeast ecological tourism resources of related laws and institutions,to alleviate the contradiction between the local tourism resources development and ecological environment,to realize the economic civilization at the same time also can realize ecological civilization.Based on widely collected data and based on the analysis of the system,combined with the actual situation of northeast in China,the ecological tourism resources in the northeast of legal protection were studied.First of all,from the concept and characteristics of ecotourism,the definition of the ecological tourism resources,the types and characteristics of the two simply introduces the ecological tourism and ecological tourism resources;Second,through to the number of related academic papers retrieval,access and analysis of the laws and regulations,to the northeast regional government law enforcement situation investigation and study of policy system,comprehensive analysis of the northeast region of various problems existing in the ecological tourism resources protection;Again,mainly from the ecological tourism resources legislation,protect the interests of residents,and attaches great importance to the environmental education legislation in countries such as America,Australia and costa rica in the eco-tourism resources protection introduces the advanced experience and reference;Finally,in combination with the previous part of the analysis of problems and to make a study and draw lessons from foreign advanced experience,on the basis of based on the actual situation of northeast in China,puts forward some countermeasures for ecological tourism resources protection law in northeast China,the research conclusion.
