GIS-based Land Use Status Analysis And Sustainable Use Evaluation

As the basis and material source of human life and production,land is an important part of natural resources.With the deepening of the concept of sustainable development,more and more attention has been paid to the sustainable development of land use.Lingshan County is located in the Gulf of Tonkin Economic Zone,an important international regional economic cooperation zone in China.In order to solve the constraint problem of land resources on its development,this paper chooses Lingshan County as the research object,the present situation of its land use was analyzed and the sustainable use was evaluated.Through the analysis of the present situation of land use in Lingshan County,the statistics of the flow and direction of land use,the evaluation of the diversity,concentration and degree of land use,the characteristics of land use in Lingshan County were found By evaluating the sustainability of its land use,the paper finds out the obstacle factors which affect the sustainable land use.This article combines the special geographical features of the Gulf of Tonkin Economic Zone,from the three aspects of ecological,economic and socialsustainability of land use,20 evaluation indexes were selected,including forest land coverage rate,slope terraced field degree,and "three wastes" treatment rate of industrial and mining enterprises,the evaluation index system of sustainable land use in Lingshan County was established,The weight of each index is determined by hierarchical analysis,and the index was quantified by percentage standardization method Finally,the multi-objective linear function method is used to evaluate the degree of sustainable land use and to judge the obstacle factors.Research shows:The overall score for sustainable land use in Lingshan County was 69.40,indicating that sustainable land use development was at an initial sustainable stage.The land use ecological sustainability score was 74.11,and the main limiting factors were the degree of terracing on sloping land,the coverage rate of forestland and the discharge rate of industrial waste water.The land use economic sustainability score was 72.83,the main limiting factors are the insufficient proportion of water conservancy and transportation land,the total agricultural output value per unit area and the total economic output value per unit area,and the social sustainability of land use score of 57.79,the main limiting factors are the amount of grain per capita,the area of cultivated land per capita and the population density.In combination with the limiting factors,several measures have been taken to improve the sustainable land use level in Lingshan County: 1.To improve the quality of cultivated land,Strengthening agricultural infrastructure;2.optimizing the construction of ecologicalenvironment;3.rationally allocating the structure of land use;4.increasing capital and scientific and technological input;5.optimizing the structure of land supply,strengthening the reserve of resources,and enhancing the capacity of land supply.
