Phlebiopsis s.l.is a white decaying fungi that belongs to Basidiomycota,Polyporales, and Phanerochaetaceae. It is widely rotted in dead trees.Phlebiopsis gigantea rots on dead trees, especially stumps, and has the ability to colonize stumps. It is important for preventing and curing coniferous tree stem-based rot.In the process of researching this genus,it was found that the current taxonomic characteristics of the genus are too vague and extensive, the internal morphological differences are less, and there are not many phylogenetic studies. In terms of the coverage of specimens, there are few studies on Phlebiopsis gigantea in tropical regions. In this study,a combination of morphology and molecular systematics was used to observe microscope morphology,DNA extraction, and sequencing of 153 specimens of Phlebiopsis s.l from the laboratory.A total of 5 fragments(ITS,LSU,RPB2,mt-SSU,TEF1)were sequenced to obtain 320 sequences. Finally, the ITS with the highest sequence extraction success rate, covering the most specimens and having more universality is selected.A complete phylogenetic tree is constructed with LSU.Phylogenetic analysis results combined with morphological studies identified 18 species of Phlebiopsis s.l.including 1 species of Phaeophlebiopsis: P.himalayensis.There are 17 species of Phlebiopsis,9 of which are new species(mainly distributed in China and Southeast Asia): P.albobadia,P.brunnea,P.cana,P.cylindrospora,P.membranacea,P.magnicystidiata,P.pseudocrassa,P.odontoidea,P.sinensis.A new combination species: P.alba.In this paper,a detailed morphological description and a drawing of the microscope structure of 18 species of Phlebiopsis s.l.were described. The growth area and substrate of each species were described, and similar species were discussed. In addition,a retrieval table was made.
