Taxonomy And Phylogeny Of Gloeocystidiellum S.l. In China

Gloeocystidiellum s.l.is very rich in species diversity and has a wide distribution.It is considered as one of the most complicated fungal group in the russuloid basidiomycetes.The materials,including 200 specimens,were mostly collected from the different regions all over China,and deposited in the herbaria of BJFC and the other specimens were from Institute of IFP and NMNS.The Bayesian,Maximum Likelihood and Maximum Parsimony analyses inferred from ITS+nLSU datasets were used for restructing phylogenetic trees.The molecular phylogenetic analyses indicated that Gloeocystidiellum s.l.formed thirteen lineages and characteristics of each lineage are summarized.The illustrated descriptions of 17 species are given,and studied specimens,substrate,distribution of each species are provided.A new genus,Laxitaxtumellum S.L.Liu,S.H.He&Y.C.Dai,is set up and described.Four species,Boidinia bamboosicola S.L.Liu&S.H.He,Conferticium subtropicum S.L.Liu&S.H.He,Gloeocystidiellum sinensis S.L.Liu&S.H.He,L.rhizomorpharum S.L.Liu,S.H.He&Y.C.Dai,are described as new;three new combinations,G.pavum(Ghobad-Nejhad,S.L.Liu,Y.C.Dai&E.Langer)S.L.Liu&S.H.He,G.granulatum(Sheng H.Wu)S.L.Liu&S.H.He,L.incrustatum(Hjortstam&Ryvarden)S.L.Liu&S.H.He are proposed.B.donkii(S.S.Rattan)Sheng H.Wu&P.K.Buchanan is reported from China for the first time.Keys to species of Gloeocystidiellum s.l.are also provided.
