Analysis Of Rural Land Circulation Based On Game Theory

Since the 16 th national congress was held,the major measures of socialist new rural construction have been proposed to build a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way and solve the "three rural" problem.As the core content of the new socialist rural construction,the contracted management of land has fallen into a more difficult situation.In this paper,according to the land circulation strategy,the game among the three main bodies of farmers,grass-roots rural organizations and agricultural developers in the process of land circulation has been studied.puts forward relevant some suggestion has been putted forward to effectively allocate the land resources.This paper mainly includes the following four aspects:1)Based on the theory of institutional change,property right,land rent and game theory,the problem of land circulation has been studied by using the methods of historical literature research,policy analysis,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,and the relationship between rural land circulation and agricultural development has been discussed;2)By analyzing the relationship among farmers,agricultural developers and rural grassroots organizations in the process of rural land transfer,a game model has been builded.In terms of the established utility function of the game subject,the existence of Nash equilibrium point in the dynamic game of rural land transfer has been proved;3)Combining the Bellman equation with the dynamic recursive method,the influence of market wage,transfer rent,financial transfer payment and net income of agricultural products on the decision-making of land transfer has been analyzed;4)The relationships among government's agricultural fiscal transfer expenditure,market wage,transfer rent and agricultural income have been simulated.By adopting Gibbs sampling method to expand the data,the rationality and accuracy of the value have been calculated and tested.The above research results show that the imbalance of interests is the crux of restricting the rural land circulation.The price of land circulation should be controlled reasonably,the property of land commodity in the process of land circulation should be guaranteed,the intermediary market of land circulation should be improved,and the corresponding transaction guarantee rules should be formulated.This research result could promote the system reform to a certain extent.By improving the land circulation mechanism and purifying the land circulation environment from two aspects of policy and market construction,the balance of interests and the healthy development of agricultural industry could be achieved.
