| In this thesis, a balanced structure shared current amplifier concept was explored with emphasis on stability and efficiency. The frequency range of operation for this design is from 2.3 GHz to 2.5 GHz. Step by step design procedures are included and simulation results were obtained. A test PCB was fabricated using the simulation results and tested. The test results and the simulation results were compared for the amplifier gain, the input and the output return losses. |
