Abstract/Summary:
Distributed Healthcare System (DHS) is a network system developed and based on a distributed system concept. Each node of the national DHS will be a healthcare system. Each healthcare organization will have one or more electronic devices installed with the same business platform or software. The entire Distributed Healthcare System will be operated by healthcare specialists and follow the standard care management processes that collect, scan, enroll, and manage patients outside hospitals. It will assist physicians, nurses, staffs, and healthcare organizers with matching patients with an optimal care program within the shortest amount of time. In this system there is zero-waste, zero-waiting time, and zero-dissatisfaction.;In combination with the risk assessment algorithm developed by 3M Company, Social Network Analysis (SNA), and Modeling and Simulation, DHS will be beneficial in a number of ways. Its advantages are effectively classifying patients' cases based on scientific methodologies, efficiently enrolling patients logically based on advanced algorithms, simultaneously evaluating patients' cases using medical interventions for patients' transition and monitoring, managing and providing qualified healthcare services by pairing patients with an optimal healthcare program or organizations, and discharging goal met patients in a timely manner. Each of the healthcare management platforms in DHS will function as one individual node, while they will also collaborate with one another as a whole. DHS will also support the cooperation of all healthcare organizations. Modeling and simulation will help with analyzing both the entire system and each node in the network. The information transfer rate will increase, accuracy will be improved, data safety will be guaranteed, and no waste (time, resources, and staffing) will exist in the system. DHS will pioneer worldwide to bring the healthcare system into the next generation, one where people's well-being is greatly improved because of the accountability and flexibility of healthcare.
