In today's world, medical problem has become a hot topic and challenges in the global. In many problems about the health sector, chronic disease has become the number one problem in the domain of health and healthcare. Chronic disease management currently has two difficulties:the lifelong treatment requires the lifelong health management, and most of the patients are old people who have few IT skills. Based on the mobile internet technology emerging in recent years, the health management behavior can expend from traditional hospitals to patients' daily life, and old people who have few IT skills can also operate various health management application. These have important practical significance for the related health management work's improvement.Against such a practical backdrop, we investigated the corresponding mobile Internet technology, and combined it with the requirement that young people manage old families' health activities, then designed and implemented the mobile-internet-based healthcare system. Through this system, young people can perform remote attention and management for old families' health activities by intelligent mobile phones, and old families also can receive reminders for health activities and feedback their implementation results by intelligent watches. After completing the implementation of this system, we proved that the system had met the expected requirements by testing and actual running to the system.Firstly, this thesis introduces its research background and practical significance, and gives its structure; then it analyses the business background, the business processes, the functional requirements and the non-functional requirements for the system; then it designs the overall system, the basic modules and the database; then it introduces the detailed implementation of the related UI, process, service and interface for the designed modules; then it introduces the unit testing, the integration testing, the system testing, the UI testing, the stress testing and the installing testing for the system; finally, it summarized the whole work, and looks forward to the next step of work.
