Abstract/Summary:
The purpose of this project was to produce a strategic marketing plan for an educational organization development seminar. A literature review was conducted that assessed how organizations define a learning product needed to create and market a successful seminar or workshop. The findings that emerged were used to create a basic marketing and planning strategy that could be used by an academic institution to plan around them. It also assessed how to create a marketing plan that could be used for special events such as a seminar. The implementation and the limitations of the plan are also reviewed.
