Today, with its long history, the family business is still a form of business organization widely used at home and abroad. The family business is playing more and more important roles in the development of China economy and society. And it has already become the most activate and the most powerful force in developing economy, absorbing labor force, rising the residential income, accelerating the constructing of the full-scale ideal and the harmonious society. In a sense, to concern China family business is to concern China economy future. Therefore, the family business development has being concerned more and more by theorists, entrepreneurs and officials. The research on family business has being highly lighted. This dissertation focuses on the research of China family business internal administration pattern. Since China's reforming and opening, the nongovernmental business has restored and developed fast; it becomes an important component and new economy growing point. Nowadays, the family-based enterprise organization form is the main part of China nongovernmental business. Family business is stepping into its new business establishment period with its upper-scaled, upper-graded and upper-leveled developments. For most family businesses, its management is an administration pattern in terms of the enterprise administration structure, in which the ownership and the management right are unified. At the initial stage of business establishment, the proper management can be achieved by using family business administration pattern based on the family blood-relationship since the business is in its small-scale and simple management period. After developing to its higher certain level, the enterprise's further development will be restrained by the administration pattern mentioned above: that is to say the enterprise internal administration and its structure cannot adapt to the development challenges any more. Numerous cases of enterprise development indicate this problem in enterprise internal administration structure and its quality has turned to be the main bottleneck problem to the further development of China family business. Whether the problem can be solved effectively is the key to the fast growing and developing of China's family business. Family business management pattern must change from "government by men" pattern used in early business established period into institutionalized and professionalized "government by law" pattern. That is to establish a kind of modernized family business administration pattern. How to establish and consummate the administration pattern is a problem that should be solved as soon as possible in the development of present family business because of its special position and complexity in China.International typical enterprise administration patterns are all adapt to the environments in which the companies locate. These patterns can be referenced for China's family business.
