In Republic of China,"Business Administration Monthly" was the exclusive magazine published by the China Institute of Business Administration, which Specialized in management research."Business Administration Monthly ", based on Institute of Business Administration, the study of the forefront of economic issues for the time being was also the concern of the magazine, except for the Scientific Management Ideas, which had made the magazine the magazine reached a perfect fusion of theory and current affairs. It attached importance to the Scientific Management Ideas and the introduction of advanced management theory. In addition, it made improvements and comment on Taylor's Scientific Management Idea. It focused on and made full research of international economic hot spot. Then learn from the study of the Great Depression and foreign economic issues.Meanwhile, It also focused on the hot issues during that time, then combined national enterprise management with Western advanced management ideas, in order to solve the problems that China came across. This paper tries to start from the founder of "Business Administration Monthly ", then make a Comprehensive and systematic analysis, in consequence, to show the context and the characteristics of the development of management theory in the latter of the Republic of China. With The combination of historical research and theoretical analysis, we can research the historical status, academic contributions and practical significance of "Business Administration Monthly ".Firstly, the paper makes an Analysis on a general overview of the "Business Administration Monthly"."Business Administration Monthly", in the form of monthly publication, was founded in May1934, closed down in July1937, which was published in a total of27Volume4."Business Administration Monthly" was the exclusive magazine studying scientific management. Due to the professional background and Industrial background of the writers, the magazine attached importance to both the scientific management theory and commercial enterprises Experience. It even made investigations of some companies."Business Administration Monthly" has a powerful team of editors, including both big capitalists, government officials and scholar or interested, most of who had the background of studying abroad, which had given them a solid academic knowledge. Most articles on " Business Administration Monthly" were concerned with scientific management ideas or issues. It also gave a slight study of economics issues, which mainly related to personnel management, production management, accounting and statistical issues, as well as current affairs.After the introduction of the overall framework of the "Business Administration Monthly ", the next chapters were involved in the analysis of Business Administration Monthly to reflects the scientific management and economics thinking.The chapter3of the paper makes an analysis of the articles concerned with Economic Thought on "Business Administration Monthly ". The articles were mainly related to economic affairs Economic Review, which included three parts. Firstly, it is the research of Credit system and monetary policy. It is the most important is to have a certain amount of capital accumulation for the development of National capitalist, the introduction of the credit system is designed to solve China Enterprise Financing. Meanwhile, Monetary policy issues were mainly related to the reserve of currency problem, which was came up with from China's monetary system and currency instability. Secondly, it is about trading. It is Mainly aimed at studying China's tough foreign trade situation and seeking to develop a way out.Thirdly, it is about foreign economy. It introduces how Western countries respond to the Great Depression. The study of the economic problems during that time in "Business Administration Monthly" appears to have a strong patriotic and effectiveness, which reflects the financial and economic problems during later Republic of China. As a result of the Great Depression, Monetary and financial system in Republic of China were in a mass. The development of foreign trade in the Western oppression is also very difficult. The study of these problems reflect on the fundamental need for China to take the road of peaceful development of independent self-reliance. It has significance for today China's economic development and foreign policy formulation to cope with the international financial crisis, which also provides valuable historical data for us to study the economic problems of the Republic of China.The chapter4gives an analysis of the articles concerned with personnel management and marketing management. The article has four main aspects, which are personnel selection, staff training, staff welfare and workers supervision. And it also gives some revelation to the author. First, it is is the key to sustainable development of enterprises to increase investment in human capital. Second, it is the development trend of the times to improve the level of employee benefits. With the development of economy and the progress of the society, the all-round development of the people has drawn more and more attention. People will always be the most fundamental and most active part in the social production, which the machine can not replace. Providing good working and living conditions for workers and stressing the importance of the people is the way to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the people to produce and promote economic and social development.The chapter5gives an analysis of the articles concerned with production management. The article has five main aspects, which are Factory organization and planning, production control, procurement, standardization of production and market promotion. The author sums up the main approaches and key issues of the organization of production and management, as well as marketing of the main measures for implementation. And it also gives some revelation to the author. First, production is the fundamental existence of the business, whatever are produces, to take scientific means to organize production is the only way to achieve the desired goal. Second, the production schedule has to be well controlled and to follow the principle of "energy saving" in order to to guarantee the quality and cost. Third, with the continuous development of the productive forces, domestic and international competition is becoming increasingly fierce. Lower cost is the key for similar product to expand its market. Last but not least, enterprises can be invincible in the competition by expanding the market in the world of competition.The chapter6gives an analysis of the articles concerned with the theory of accounting and statistical, which are involved with accounting statement analysis, owner's equity allocation, cost accounting analysis and the application of statistical. Through research and analysis of accounting theory and statistical theory, I grasp the overview and context of the development of management accounting thought in the Republic of China, as well as some revelation. On one hand, The financial problem is a top priority of business management and corporate capital chain is the lifeblood of enterprises. So, we must attach importance to accounting theory and apply it to the management. On the other hand, Enterprise mast seek truth from facts, to obtain first-hand information about the enterprise.The conclusion in this article, the author do the overall investigation on "Economic Review", and to analyze the positive factors of the "Business Administration Monthly", that is, its academic contributions, history and the reality of enlightenment, and also examine the limitations of "Business Administration Monthly", so as to achieve the objective evaluation purposes.
