| As telecommunication systems continue to increase in complexity, the ability for each node in that system to overcome a failure becomes more important. This relationship inherently suggests that the intelligence of the node should reflect how complex the network is. The protocol outlined in this thesis is designed to help inject more intelligence into a node so that each node can overcome a network failure event in an efficient way. |
