Industrial Ip Network Node Sensor Research And Applications

The measurement and control system which designed and implemented based on Internet technology has become a developing direction of networked measurement and research hotspot. The network sensor as the key equipment in the networked measurement and control system, it is as a node in this system just like and controller, actuator, which is a crucial point in the research of network measurement and control.This paper aims at the application of remote measurement and control,and has realized the design of an industrial IP networked node sensor, which cooperatives work in the wireless Mesh network environment, realize the real-time collection of industrial field data. Major work as follows:1. According to the demand of measurement and control in wells of oilfield ,this paper designs a kind of industrial IP network node sensor system structure and discusses the key technology including the solution of access network, the choice of the microprocessor, and the realization of the network protocol stack.2.It researches the embedded TCP/IP realization method, Mainly analyses the principle of work, data structure and realizing algorithm of the TCP protocol, the IP protocol, an ARP protocol, ICMP and HTTP protocol.3.It designs the hardware of IP network sensor by using the modular design method,and concentrates on design method of the power supply module, the data acquisition module, the main control module and the network interface module etc. Meanwhile, according to the power supply requirements of industrial field apparatus,it accomplishes the design of power over Ethernet.4. It realizes an embedded server, and realizes network sensor data remote dynamic monitoring by using the technology of CGI and the java applet. It is proved that achieves the requirement of real-time monitoring in the industrial field,and it also achieves the remote maintenance function.5. It discusses the industrial field application of network node sensors,and gives the examples of the real-time data acquisition and monitoring in oil well production field which using the design and implementation of network node sensor.The actual operation of IP network node sensor under the MESH network environment shows the technology and method of IP network sensor which designed and realized in this paper were correct,and meet the on-site application requirements.
