As a national basic and strategic industry,biomedicine has always been highly valued and strongly supported by the national government.The government has also put forward the requirements of insisting on innovation-driven development based on the lack of innovation in the domestic pharmaceutical industry.The innovation-driven development strategy is mainly to accelerate the construction of a strong intellectual property country,and patents,as the core part of intellectual property,play an increasingly important role in creating core competitiveness and occupying the market to obtain economic benefits for the country and enterprises.Pledge transfer and other patent implementation and operation transactions will also increase.Patent value evaluation is a key link in patent implementation and operation.Firstly,This article analyzes the hepatitis B vaccine market in the pharmaceutical industry and divides the life cycle stages of it based on the patent database of Dawei innojoy,using patent data analysis as a means,using technology life cycle theory and the S curve model fitted by Logistic function.It is concluded that the patented technology of recombinant hepatitis B vaccine in China is at a mature stage.Secondly,from the perspective of technology,law and economic value,a pharmaceutical patent value evaluation system with 20 secondary evaluation indexes is constructed Then,according to the judgment results of the evaluated patent life cycle stage,calculate the patent duration,discount factor and predicted sales revenue of the patented object in different stages of the evaluated object,and use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to analyze and calculate the patent technology share rate.The value of the patent assets of the evaluation object is comprehensively obtained.This paper selects the representative Shenzhen BIOKANGTAI 's hepatitis B vaccine patent as an evaluation case.By comparing the evaluation process and results of conventional Benefit Method and improved Benefit Method,the patent value evaluation model based on life cycle theory and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is scientific and reasonable.
