With the development of the era of knowledge economy, science and technology are changing with each passing day,and knowledge or intellectual resources have become the source of strength for promoting innovation and scientific progress.Among them, the importance of creating competitive advantage through patents in science and technology competition in various countries and regions is increasingly prominent. As a result of intellectual labor, patents are often transferred between different economic entities in a paid manner, that is,patent transactions. In the course of the transaction, the buyer obtains the patent right or ownership, and the seller obtains the excess economic profit. At this time, the patent becomes a special commodity. In the process of analyzing competitors or analyzing the patent value of the M&A objects, the investment of patent assets, the pledge financing of patents, the evaluation of intangible assets of listed companies, and the transfer and licensing of patent rights, the value of patents needs to be evaluated. The factors affecting the value of patents are multi-faceted and have many dynamic and static factors,so this is also the difficulty of patent value evaluation. This study analyzes the concept and connotation of patent value from the perspective of "labor value theory",introduces customer value theory on the basis of existing patent value evaluation indicators, and constructs a patent value evaluation index system to analyze the same patent at different times and different times. The different values of the buyer's implementation ability, different purchasing purposes, different social environments, etc.,focus on the impact of different purposes of patent buyers on the value of patents, with the aim of enriching the existing index system for patent value evaluation. This research mainly includes the following four aspects.(1)Analysis of the status quo of patent value evaluation index system and method research. The valuation of existing patents is mainly based on the influencing factors of patents to build an indicator system. On this basis,we will continue to explore new indicators or focus on conducting empirical research in a certain industry, while ignoring the different purchasing powers of buyers and the value of patents fordifferent purchase purposes.Impact.The customer value theory regards the whole marketing process as a process of value sensing, value creation and value transfer, which can be introduced into the patent value evaluation to explore the value sensing of different buyers before purchase, the value creation in implementation and Value transfer after implementation.(2)Construction of patent value evaluation index system based on customer value theory.Starting from the driving factors of customer value, the patent purchaser's value-driven elements are patented, peripheral environment and purchase purpose.Focus on improving the indicator system from the perspective of purchasing purposes, and divide the target of purchase into production and operation(production and sales, technology transfer, product upgrade),brand effect(increasing patent reserves, building technical barriers, increasing product added value),long-term and short-term investment(acquired Policy support, patent licensing fees, patent pledge financing).(3)Calculate the weights of indicators at all levels by using the Gulin-AHP method.Using the Gulin method in the correlation matrix to construct the importance matrix to calculate the weight value, and then use the consistency test in the AHP to verify the rationality of the matrix,so that the indicator weighting process is more scientific and reasonable, and the result is patented technology, peripheral environment, purchase. The purpose weights are 0.6,0.2,and 0.2 respectively. The purchase target index is as important as the peripheral environment index, accounting for 20% of the total. The purchase purpose cannot be ignored in the evaluation of patent value.(4)An empirical analysis of the patent value assessment indicator system. The patents of five agricultural machinery and equipment fields such as seeding machinery, transplanting machinery, transplanting machinery, fertilizing machinery and tillage machinery were selected for empirical analysis.Using the Derwent Patent Database asa patent data retrieval platform, patent search was conducted with the participation of patent search experts and technical experts in five agricultural machinery fields.A sample of 10 representative patents was selected, and the patent score of the sample was calculated based on the constructed index system using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Further, the calculated scores are compared with the scores of agricultural machinery experts to verify the rationality of the constructed index system.
