With the increasing competition among enterprises in the era of economic globalization and knowledge economy,more and more researches show that the improvement of engagement is closely related to the growth of performance.Improve employee engagement,motivate employees to work hard,promote the overall performance of the company,and finally achieve good performance in the capital market and product service market.In this paper,in combination with the practical situation of state-owned enterprises,through the investigation about the present situation of food company employee engagement,and carries on the correlation processing to the collected data,combined with analysis of the key factors that affect employee engagement,find the problems and reasons,finally according to the particularity of state-owned enterprises,inductive targeted,the feasibility of the promotion strategy.Starting from the introduction,this paper mainly introduces the background and significance of the research topic,the review of relevant researches at home and abroad,and the main contents and research methods of this paper.Then a large number of theories and data are studied from the concept of engagement,engagement theory,main measurement indicators of engagement,engagement analysis model and measurement method.Established certain theoretical foundation and determine the research methods,to food company in the current situation of employee engagement fishing expeditions,including in the food company in the history and situation,the company's human resources present situation,the questionnaire design and statistical analysis results,the results presented in the present situation and the food company problems existing in the management of employee engagement and the reason analysis;Had certain understanding after,will determine the impact of food company employee engagement of five factors as evaluation indexes,through the analytic hierarchy process(ahp),index system of design,to determine the index weight,and USES the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,a quantitative analysis of multiple factors,design a targeted company employee engagement process evaluation,and application,for example.Finally,according to the results of the evaluation,this paper puts forward some measures to improve the engagement of The company.
