After nearly 40 years of rapid economic development in China,in the current economic situation China's economy has reached its peak,so it entered a period of bottlenecks,In order to change this situation,the state and society are promoting restructuring of enterprises,while enterprises are faced with tremendous economic pressure,companies are looking for new ways in order to survive.Employee is irreplaceable advantages of enterprise and shoulder great responsibilities.In the face of the pressures and challenges of the enterprise,employee plays a vital role in the development of the enterprises and is very prone to feel burnout during the work.Burnout has become a common phenomenon in today's society,job burnout of employees can seriously affect the performance of the business and even hinder the development of society.Therefore,the business and society should focus on issue of how to reduce employees burnout.Due to the continuous updating of communication tools,it gives employees a great deal of convenience at work,employees can work communicate with colleagues or leadership at any time and improved employee productivity,while staff offices are no longer confined to the studio,employees have more choices and freedom in the work place and employees can take the work back to home.But because of communication more convenient,staff has always been immersed in work and even in family,so employees are very difficult leave the work and even caused employees exausted.Employees will also often bring work into family life that it will serious hinder employees bear family responsibility and cause a conflict between work and family,Employees' emotions can be easily affected by conflict,and their working conditions and emotions have great relevance.The rise of positive psychology,the scholars recognize the study of human resources and organizational behavior from the perspective of psychology.The research purpose of this paper is to discuss the impact on employee burnout from the perspective of psychology detachment,it established a model framework that psychological detachment is first variable,WFC and FWC as mediator variable,burnout as outcome variablea and discussed how to affect job burnout of employees.This paper argues that the level of psychological detachment can predict the degree of intrusion between work and family and the conflict will cause the staff to get tired of work.Use the spss software to recycle the sample data analysis,this paper get the conclusion as follows:(1)Psychological detachment has a significant negative influence on emotional exhaustion and reduced accomplishment,but the effects is not significant for the cynicism dimension of job burnout.(2)Psychological detachment has a significant negative influence on Work-Family Conflict(WFC)and Familt-Work Conflict(FWC).(3)The WFC has a significant positive influence on emotional exhaustion,cynicism and reduced personal accomplishment has significant positive impact;FWC has significant positive effects on emotional exhaustion and cynicism;but the role of FWC on reduced personal accomplishment were not significant.And the impact of WFC on job burnout dimensions is greater than that of FWC.(4)The WFC played a fully mediated between psychological detachment and emotional exhaustion and also played a role of fully mediated between psychological detachment and cynicilism;FWC played a role of fully mediated between psychological detachment and emotional exhaustion and also played a role of fully mediated between psychological detachment and cynicilism;whether it is WFC or FWC mediation role between psychological detachment and reduced personal accomplishment are not significant.The innovation of this paper as below:(1)The research on job burnout has gone through several stages.Initially from the perspective of human capital to study the job burnout,and then studied it from social capital theory.The rise of positive psychology has led some scholars to study the job burnout from psychological capital theory.This paper explores the impact of job burnout from the perspective of psychological detachment,which is a new direction.(2)At present most scholars mainly use the qualitative method to study the psychological detachment.this article makes an empirical study on psychological detachmen and job burnout.(3)The mechanism of direct impact and cross-impact of work and family conflict is still controversial in academic circles.Some scholars think it is a direct impact mechanism and some scholars think it is a cross-impact mechanism.This paper finds that it has both direct impact mechanism and cross-impact,and the direct effect mechanism is greater than the effect of cross-impact mechanism,the paper improve the relevant theory.
