With the development of society,the era of knowledge economy puts forward more requirements to enterprises.Innovation is particularly important for enterprises surviving in the rapid development of the competitive era and steadily forward.Knowledge workers as the most important human resources,and their innovative behavior is an important factor for business competition.How to enhance the knowledge staff's creativity and promote the development of enterprises,which have gained widespread attention in society.Scholars and society focus on the more positive aspects of staff with the continuous development of positive psychology and positive organizational behavior.Researchers have introduced the concept of work passion and think it is an important factor affecting employee innovations.How does work passion affect employees' innovative behavior? However,there are few studies on work passion and innovative behaviors in scholars.So it is of important significance to research work passion and how to stimulate work passion for knowledge workers in enterprise.The current study builds a relational model among the five variables of work passion,work-related flow,job Burnout,psychological detachment from work and innovative behaviors by combing and analyzing the related literature at home and abroad,which from the individual level and analyzing the transmission mechanism between work passion and innovative behaviors.The questionnaire is adopted to do the survey with the knowledge workers being the research target and then the valid data are analyzed by the use of SPSS 22.0 and AMOS22.0 to verify the relational model.The findings are presented as follows:(1)The harmonious work passion has a significant positive effect on innovative behaviors of employees.(2)The obsessive work passion has a significant negative effect on innovative behaviors of employees.(3)The work-related flow mediate relationship between harmonious work passion and innovative behaviors and job Burnout mediate relationship between obsessive work passion and innovative behaviors.(4)psychological detachment from work regulates the relationship between work-related flow and innovative behaviors.
