Every modern person needs to play two main roles in family and work.When we get the material conditions,the sense of achievement and the ambition to achieve our career in the work,we also get the physiological needs,psychological comfort and love satisfaction in the family.If you can achieve a relative balance between those two roles,it is the most ideal and best state.However,research shows that,with the rapid development of economy,the increasingly tense pace of life,work requirements higher and higher,the competition of work has become increasingly fierce,more and more people choose or have to bring work into the family.This gradually weakened psychological detachment is bound to cause a weak role in the family and to cause work-family conflict finally.Therefore,it is necessary to research the reasons for this new social change,find the internal mechanism,and finally take appropriate interventions to solve or optimize this situation.Based on the job demands as independent variables,the research demonstrates the relationship between it and work-family conflict and takes psychological detachment as intermediate variables for the exploration of job demands and work-family conflict.On one hand,it can enrich the relevant theory of psychological detachment;on the other hand,it can also provide the theoretical support and guidance to intervene and solve the work-family conflict,which is beneficial to the harmony of family and the stable development of society.In this research,a questionnaire survey is used to collect data of 206 employees in various industries across the country and the conclusion is as following after analysis,(1)Job demands and work-family conflict are positively correlated.(2)Job demands and psychological detachment are negatively correlated.(3)Psychological detachment and work-family conflict are negatively correlated.(4)Psychological detachment plays a role of intermediary between job demands and work-family conflict.
