In the continuous process of globalization,many enterprises started the development mode of incorporation.Since it takes a short time for these enterprises develop from single to group,many of these single enterprises cannot well realize the huge difference between single enterprises and group companies from the width and depth of management when single companies are evolving into group companies.The facts in the reality are that after many enterprises develop rapidly into group companies with enterprise economic profits reached a certain level,but the enterprise management cannot catch up with enterprise progress so that the problem that many group companies are still following the previous HR management system used in single enterprises.The HR management mode used in single enterprises emphasizes more centralized authority management which would produce contradictions on limits of power if applied to HR management and control in group companies with the authority limit highly centralized.Therefore,what kind of HR management and control mode can be established to coordinate the joint development of group companies and subsidiaries to maximum limit is the issue to be studied by HR management staff in group corporations.This article has made a deep discussion on three modes of HR management and control in group companies on the basis of large amount of document researches,i.e.direct management and control mode,indirect management and control mode,and advisory management and control mode.It has studied the rights distribution,merits and demerits,and the scope of applicable enterprises of these three modes,and meanwhile it has analyzed the twelve factors which can influence these three modes.It has comprehensively applied the questionnaire method,interviewing method,documentary method and other investigation methods starting from the current situation that the HR management and control of Shenzhen Jinhua Group Company.It has made a brief review on what Jinhua Group Company is facing now through the analysis on questionnaires and records of interview contents,and it has also made in-depth exploration on issues existed and causes of these problems.Based on these causes of problems,the author gives feasible solution to construct the HR management and control mode for Jinhua Group.That is to divide it into two types: the management and control mode combining direct and indirect pattern is mainly used in subsidiaries doing enterprise dominant trades;advisory management and control mode can be used in subsidiaries doing auxiliary business.This article makes concrete analysis of concrete problems from theory to practice.And then it makes many-sided investigation on the basis of analyzing the current situation of Jinhua Group.At last it provides a feasible solution of HR management and control mode which will have realistic significance to improve HR management level of Jinhua Group Company.Meanwhile it has reference values for the HR management and control mode in other group companies.
