| With the rapid development of science and technology in the world,most of the products provided by enterprises,especially the products of manufacturing industry,have gradually entered the era of low profit.How to improve the cost performance of products and increase the core competitiveness of enterprises has become an important goal of current enterprise management.As a central link of purchasing management,choosing the right supplier can not only effectively reduce the procurement cost,but also ensure reliable quality and stable delivery time.Objective and effective selection of suppliers is of great significance to enterprises,and has become an important topic in procurement management,not only for large enterprises,but also for many small and medium-sized enterprises.This paper takes Ruixia company as the research object.Firstly,it discusses the research status of supplier selection at foreign countries and China,lays the theoretical foundation for this research.After determining the core content of supplier selection and combining quantitative and qualitative research methods,this paper analyzes the current situation of supplier selection in Ruixia company,and points out that the current method of supplier selection is not objective and scientific,and the problems such as high purchase price of raw materials,low inventory turnover rate and long delivery period of raw materials and the causes of these problems are pointed out.By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of just in time(JIT)procurement,this paper points out that JIT procurement can effectively solve the existing problems of Ruixia company,and discusses the necessity and feasibility of the transformation from traditional procurement mode to JIT procurement mode,and reconstructs a supplier selection index system based on JIT procurement.In this paper,AHP is used to determine the weight of the supplier selection index,and a supplier selection model suitable for JIT procurement mode is established.The supplier selection is objective and effective,and the optimal supplier is selected.Through the verification of film capacitor strategic suppliers’ selection,the scientific effectiveness is demonstrated,which can be used for reference by Ruixia company.Finally,the specific steps of the implementation of the supplier selection optimization scheme and how to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization scheme in the four aspects of human resources,technology,system and finance are proposed.It is hoped that through the successful implementation of the optimization scheme in Ruixia company,it can provide theoretical reference for other similar enterprises to establish the supplier selection index system based on JIT purchasing mode and to select suppliers by AHP. |
