| Farmer training can form the advantage of rural human resources,and it is especially important to train farmers.Through training,farmers' cultural quality,scientific and technological quality can be improved,and the application of science and technology in field work can meet the needs of the new era of industrialization.China is a big agricultural country and the countryside is an important part of building a well-off society in an all-round way.However,with the rapid development of modern knowledge and economy,there is a great difference between the present countryside and the countryside in the 1960s and 1970s.Development is closely related to the national economic development.In order to grow,it is necessary to improve labor and technology,which requires the cultivation of new professional farmers and the development of new technologies.Based on the realistic background of the double decline of the quantity and quality of agricultural labor force,the government of Funing County actively revolves around the tenet of "improving the cultivation degree of new-type professional farmers and accelerating the process of agricultural modernization".It focuses on improving the production skills of farmers,and continuously promotes the training of new-type professional farmers in the county.However,from the reality of the new vocational farmers training in Funing County,the participation of farmers in the new vocational farmers training is not high,and the training effect is not ideal.Based on this,this study starts from the actual situation of the training of new-type vocational farmers in Funing County,and on the basis of drawing lessons from the relevant theories of farmers' training,analyzes the training needs of new-type vocational farmers in Funing County by means of questionnaire survey,and then establishes the corresponding empirical model to analyze the restrictive factors of farmers' participation in new-type vocational farmers in Funing County.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:Firstly,from the current situation of the new vocational peasant training in Funing County,there are some problems,such as the low participation of peasant households in training,inadequate investment in training funds,lack of feedback evaluation of relevant information after the training.Secondly,from the perspective of the training needs of the new-type professional farmers in Funing County,with the continuous development of agricultural technology progress,the farmers' demand for the training content of the new-type professional farmers is also showing a trend of diversification.The farmers' demand for training content is not limited to the traditional cultivation and breeding technology,farmers are increasingly hoping to expand from the traditional cultivation and breeding technology.In the aspect of training institution selection,the most expected training organization is the Agricultural Broadcasting and Agricultural Colleges and Research Institutions.At the same time,the farmers hope that the new vocational training can avoid the busy agricultural season,and think that The training time should not be too short,nor should it be too long.Finally,from the perspective of the influencing factors of farmers' willingness to participate in the training of new-type vocational farmers in Funing County,farmers' educational level,family cultivated land area,family relationship,training understanding and training effect evaluation have a significant positive impact on farmers' participation in the training of new-type vocational farmers.The distance of the points has a significant negative impact on the farmers' willingness to participate in the training of the new vocational farmers,but the gender,age,family population,family income and training experience have no significant impact on the farmers' participation in the training of the new vocational farmers.Based on the conclusions of the study,the paper puts forward corresponding policy recommendations. |
