At present, specialized farmers 'cooperatives are at a critical stage in the process of cleaning up the "shell clubs" of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Areas.Cooperatives have exposed problems such as the poor radiation capacity of cooperatives, the inconspicuous increase in their members 'income, the weak sense of cooperation among members, and the lack of trust among their members in cooperatives."To carry out normative promotion actions for farmers 'cooperatives." Established in 2010,Baixin Peanut Planting Cooperative in Luanxian County is a national demonstration cooperative for farmers. It enjoys a high reputation in the field of Peanut Planting Cooperative in Hebei Province, and its members have a stronger willingness to participate than other cooperatives. However, there are also behaviors such as "speculation" and "hitchhiking" by members of cooperatives. So what are the reasons that affect the willingness of members of farmers 'cooperatives to cooperate? What is the nature of members 'lack of motivation to engage in cooperation? The problem of how to enhance the participation of the members of the cooperatives is an urgent one. This study selects the factors that may affect the willingness of the members of the farmers 'cooperatives to cooperate by reading the literature and interviewing key people, and constructs a theoretical analysis model for deepening the willingness of the members of the farmers' cooperatives to cooperate.Taking Baixin Peanut Planting Cooperative in Ji County as an example,a logistic model was used to analyze the factors that affect the members 'willingness to cooperate, and the factors that affect the members' willingness to cooperate were discovered. The main conclusions are as follows:First, affected by the benefit distribution mechanism and cooperation risks, the overall willingness of unaffiliated farmers to participate in cooperatives is not high.Among the surveyed farmers,27.5% have strong participation intention, while 72.5% have weak participation intention.Among the farmers with weak willingness to participate,81 percent are dissatisfied with the distribution of cooperative benefits and concerned about cooperative risks.Second, through the analysis of the service mode selection of the unaffiliated farmers in the radiating area of the cooperative,it is found that 21.5% of the farmers are inclined to half trust,55% are inclined to the whole trust, and 23.5% are inclined to buy shares in the land. This shows that most farmers prefer to pay land management fees to cooperatives through full trusteeship, while they are still concerned about semi-trusteeship and land equity co-operatives.Third,not into the club of farmers participating in cooperative intention model, the influence factors of agricultural production scale, reduce the cost of farmers to purchase agricultural materials, reduce the risk of farmers' production and sales,etc.17 factors on farmers participate in significant positive influence on the farmers' professional co-operatives intend co-op admission qualification of farmers participating in cooperative intention has significant negative effects. Therefore, this paper draws the following conclusions: farmers' willingness to participate in cooperatives is mainly affected by their own cognition of cooperative risks and profit distribution mode;Compared with semi-trust and land investment, more than 50% of farmers prefer to link the interests of the whole trust.Agricultural production scale, reduction of farmers' production and sales risk, stable interest connection mechanism and income distribution ratio are the main factors affecting farmers' participation willingness. In view of the above conclusions, the following countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward :(1)cooperatives should further strengthen the communication and interaction with farmers,so that unaffiliated farmers can feel the quality services they can enjoy after joining the society, and strengthen farmers' willingness to participate;(2)strengthen the external influence of cooperatives.By giving full play to the leading role of the old members, and in the form of semi-participation in the cooperative without collecting part of service fee in the first year, the unenrolled farmers are attracted to join the cooperative.(3)further improve the service quality and management level of cooperatives from the aspects of reducing production and transaction costs of farmers, reducing production and sales risks of farmers, and reducing labor input of farmers,so as to enhance the willingness of farmers to join the society.
