Analysis Of Farmers' Willingness To Participate In Skills Training Under The Model Of "Leading Enterprises + Farmers" And Its Influencing Factors

Agriculture is the foundation of the sustainable development of the national economy and society.Agricultural production has always played a pivotal role in China.The development of agriculture is closely related to the education level of farmers and the use of new technologies.Therefore,it is particularly important to carry out skills training for farmers.In recent years,local governments have actively carried out farmers training under the call of the central government.The purpose is to provide human capital investment to the peasant masses through peasant skill training,improve farmers' agricultural production skills,and promote rural modernization.However,the government's training of farmers has many limitations,resulting in poor training results.As a product of agricultural industrialization and scale,agricultural leading enterprises play an important role in the process of agricultural modernization in China.With the continuous increase of the linkage between agricultural leading enterprises and farmers,the model of “leading enterprises + farmers” has emerged as the times require.Leading enterprises have higher requirements for farmers according to their own development.Therefore,it is especially important to carry out skills training for cooperative farmers.This paper takes Sichuan T Group,a key national agricultural industrialization enterprise,as an example.From the perspective of the willingness of cooperative farmers to participate in skills training,comprehensive farmers' personal signs,family characteristics and training variable selection characteristics,etc.The willingness and influencing factors of farmers' participation in skills training are explained,and the government and agricultural leading enterprises provide certain ideas and suggestions for the training of farmers' skills.This paper uses a questionnaire survey method to conduct a questionnaire survey on 192 cooperative farmers in Deyang,Guangyuan,Suining,Ziyang,Yibin,Mianyang and other places by telephone.The final results are:(1)The frequency of Sichuan T Group's skill training Frequently,the willingness of farmers to participate in the skills training organized by T Group is relatively strong.Most farmers have participated in skills training more or less in the past one or two years.Very few farmers have not participated in it,and the training effect of farmers on T Group is also Satisfied attitude.(2)The protection of epidemic diseases and the increase of sows are the most desired training for farmers.There are also certain requirements for training in terms of price,market and feeding methods.In the factors affecting the willingness of farmers to participate in skills training,referring to the relevant literature,combined with the research object,the gender,age,education,family population,annual household income,and projects cooperating with enterprises are selected as the main business of the family.The breeding model,the length of cooperation with enterprises,the training fees,the number of training sessions,and the training venues are based on the willingness of farmers to participate in skills training.The empirical analysis is carried out through binary logistic regression model,and finally:(1)Education and family population Whether the project with the enterprise is the main business of the family,the training fee,and the training location are the main factors affecting the participation of the farmers in the skills training.(2)Among them,the academic qualifications,the number of family members,the cooperation with enterprises,whether the family's main business and training fees are significantly positively related to the farmers' willingness to participate in skills training;the training location is negatively related to the farmers' willingness to participate in skills training.Based on the above research,this paper proposes relevant recommendations to the government,agricultural leading enterprises and Sichuan T Group.(1)The government should fully understand the training needs of farmers,enrich the training content,innovate training forms to increase training and publicity,and correctly guide farmers;(2)recommend that agricultural leading enterprises hold base-based training,link farmers,protect farmers' interests,and cultivate professional and technical personnel.,research and development of new technologies.(3)It is recommended that Sichuan T Group expand the training coverage and improve the utilization of human resources.
