Employees are the main body of the daily operation of the supermarket,and their subjective initiative depends largely on the sense of job responsibility.At the same time,as a core feature of self-motivation,sense of responsibility is related to the work input and work achievements of supermarket employees,driving the overall quality and cohesion of supermarket employees,which ultimately affects the competitiveness of supermarkets.However,most supermarkets often have management problems due to lack of management or employees' lack of responsibility,so it is of great significance to study the sense of responsibility of supermarket employees.This article takes the employees of H supermarket Fushun branch as the research object,and mainly discusses four aspects:the status of employee responsibility in H supermarket Fushun branch,the research on the difference of responsibility under demographic variables,the problem of employee responsibility in H supermarket Fushun branch and the H supermarket Fushun branch Suggestions for improving employees' sense of responsibility.In this paper,through the historical literature method,descriptive analysis,measurement table formulation and non-parametric test analysis method,we have basically grasped the status quo of the sense of responsibility of employees in the Hshun Fushun branch,and analyzed the impact of different demographic variables on the four dimensions of sense of responsibility.Combined with the interview,we summarized the problems of H supermarket employees' sense of responsibility and analyzed the reasons,which basically achieved the research purpose of this article;the main conclusions are as follows:(1)The average level of employees' sense of responsibility of Fushun branch of H supermarket is generally on the upper level,and has not yet reached the ideal level of responsibility,and there is much room for improvement.(2)Overall,only the monthly income and age have a significant difference in the overall impact on responsibility.Employees of different ages and different monthly incomes have different levels of responsibility.(3)In each structural dimension of sense of responsibility,employees 'different ranks,genders,and education levels have little effect on the three dimensions of solidarity and help,due diligence,and diligence;but the difference in achievement and pursuit of salary and age is more obvious Research shows that employees with a salary of 3501-5000 yuan are lower than employees in other salary segments in pursuit of achievements.At the same time,with the increase of working age and experience,the trend of responsibility is to rise first and then decline.The general working age is more than 16 years.The decline is more obvious.(4)There are problems and suggestions for the sense of responsibility:the problem is that young employees have a low sense of responsibility,the difference in the sense of responsibility of employees with different monthly incomes,the sense of responsibility of department managers still needs to be improved,and the sense of responsibility of employees who work long hours are low;Employee achieves career development;strengthens the incentive system;enhances employee communication and relieves pressure;establishes scientific and reasonable management systems and methods.The research results show that the H supermarket Fushun branch is a typical large supermarket,and its sense of responsibility research has certain guiding significance for other retail industries.Finally,this study combines human resources and management content to put forward the role and suggestions of responsible management for different types of employees,and provides new insights and directions for the daily work content of supermarket leaders and personnel personnel,and also provides future development of supermarkets.Important reference.
