After 2008,the economic growth rate slowed down,and the large increase in labor wages caused many labor-intensive enterprises to be forced to transform.The rise and development of e-commerce forced enterprises to start to improve services as an important development strategy for enterprises.The front-line employees of the customer are valued to improve the quality of service.In order to expand the profit margin and realize the appreciation of capital,the key to ensuring the satisfaction of employees is to provide customers with quality services to ensure the realization of supermarket sales and the continuous increase of profit margin.This paper is mainly based on the research and analysis of certain literature,combined with the specific case of ZX supermarket,to study the combination of theory and practice.At the same time,quantitative research is conducted through questionnaire survey.In order to better understand the job satisfaction of front-line employees,relevant questionnaires are designed to conduct research.A total of 160 questionnaires are issued,156 questionnaires are retrieved and 147 valid questionnaires are valid.The overall recovery rate of the questionnaire was 97.5%,and the effective recovery rate was 91.8%.This paper uses mathematical statistics to analyze the questionnaire data,and conducts in-depth interviews with front-line employees,trying to understand the satisfaction level of front-line employees from seven dimensions:their own work,salary and welfare,internal communication,staff development,management ability,performance appraisal,supermarket cultural environment.Finally,based on the results of the questionnaire survey and interviews,combined with the actual situation of ZX supermarket,the factors affecting the satisfaction of frontline employees in ZX supermarket are analyzed.Finally,the employees' expectation and attraction for work,the design and improvement of thesalary and welfare system,and the establishment of employees are good.The development mechanism,the improvement of internal communication mechanism,the improvement of corporate management capabilities,and the construction of a good cultural environment have proposed strategies to improve employee satisfaction.
