Compared with the traditional staff training,the development of new staff training activities puts forward new requirements for the scientific construction of the enterprise comprehensive training management system.The enterprise managers need to develop effective training programs in combination with the needs of new staff training activities.At the same time,each process and link of new employee training should also be managed delicately,so as to enlarge the effect of new employee training as much as possible and make new employee training activities more effective with less effort.At present,the market competition faced by L logistics company is very arduous.At the same time,the company is actively expanding its international logistics business,and the demand for outstanding talents is large.In recent years,l logistics company has paid more attention to the recruitment of new employees,and is committed to building a perfect training system so that new employees can quickly play an important role in business activities.Based on the good results of the training activities of new employees in L logistics company,this paper finds that there are still some problems in the training process of new employees in L logistics company,which restricts the further expansion of the training effect,and the training satisfaction of new employees can not be improved.This study will help managers of L logistics company to establish a sense of hardship and further maintain their attention to new employee training activities.Through the analysis of the actual situation of the training activities of new employees in L logistics company,it is found that the rationality of the training activities of new employees in L logistics company is increasing day by day,which has brought obvious help to the sustainable development of the company.However,through the application of questionnaire survey,there are still some problems in the process of training new employees in L logistics company at present,including the way of training stuck to the "big classroom" teaching,the urgent need to enrich the training teachers,the inadequate evaluation of training effect,the lack of positive role of training assessment and incentive system,etc.,which restrict the new development of L logistics company Scientific development of staff training activities.Based on the problems,this paper puts forward the improvement design of the new employee training program of L logistics company.Based on the principles of sustainability,comprehensiveness and motivation,it aims to improve the professional quality of the employees,flexibly adjust the positions of the employees,and improve the training competitiveness.It puts forward the improvement suggestions of the new employee training of L logistics company from four aspects:training courses,training teachers,training evaluation and training assessment At the same time,based on the curriculum requirements,the training methods should be innovated actively,the cooperation between school and enterprise should be strengthened,the training plan should be set up scientifically according to the assessment results,and the assessment indicators should be optimized according to the assessment incentive requirements.Finally,the improvement of the training plan for new employees should be summarized from the aspects of information technology guarantee and corporate culture guarantee Measures.At present,the market competition in the logistics industry is more fierce.Each logistics enterprise is committed to play the role of new employees through the new employee training system.Although there are differences in the characteristics,problems and specific improvement suggestions of new staff training in different logistics enterprises,there are certain commonalities in the needs of new staff training activities under the same market competition environment.In this paper,the L logistics company's new staff training safeguard measures,but also for other logistics enterprises to bring some support to the scientific construction of new staff training system,so this study is also of certain industry value.
