Research On Influencing Factors And Innovative Management Model Of Applying TRIZ In Liaoning Agricultural Industry Alliance

The 19 th national congress of the communist party of China points out: “ Innovation is the first driving force leading development.” New-formal,efficient and accurate innovative methods are gradually becoming the key to enhance the international competitiveness of various countries in the world and companies occupy the market.TRIZ theory is just such a systematic innovation method,it successfully reveals the inherent laws and principles of the invention,then summarizes a series of innovative methods and tools to effectively stimulate innovative thinking and improve efficiency.China is a large agricultural country,the traditional agriculture has a long and weak basis.To further realize the modernization of agricultural industry and enhance the overall management level of agricultural production,crate a regional agricultural industry alliance is a favorable breakthrough point.The application of TRIZ theory can help the agricultural industry alliance to further clarify the direction of innovation and shorten the innovation process.However,there are a series of problems such as insufficient consciousness of innovation and lank of supporting mechanism in the process of applying TRIZ to the innovation of Liaoning province agricultural industry alliance.Therefore,the purpose of this article is to construct an innovative management model,in order to provide theoretical guidance for applying TRIZ in Liaoning agricultural industry alliance,then to give full play to the innovative utility of TRIZ,to accelerate the pace of agricultural scientific and technological innovation.Under the theoretical guidance of TAM,based on the existing research results,from perspective of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use,this article constructs the analytical model of influencing factors of applying TRIZ in agricultural industry alliance,and it points out that TRIZ which promote agricultural alliance innovation is influenced by four dimensional factors,namely,elements and tools,innovation support mechanism,organization and cooperation channel,strategy and leadership.Through the form of questionnaire to obtain empirical data,using principal component analysis and multiple linear regression analysis to identify 6 influencing factors,namely,innovation technology factor,innovation environment factor,alliance operation factor,cooperation dynamic factor,cooperation model factor,innovation consciousness factor.At the same time,this article expounds the mechanism of promoting the innovation of agricultural industry alliance by TRIZ from the three stages of innovation input,operation and transformation,constructs the conceptual model of applying TRIZ in agricultural industry alliance combining with its influencing factors,and use LISREL8.8 for structural equation analysis,then draw the conclusion about the function path of innovation in agricultural industry alliance by TRIZ.It is pointed that the power of cooperation among alliance members is the most effective factor in this function path,and the ability to use TRIZ for innovative input is the most important intermediary variable.Besides,according to the present situation of the application of TRIZ in the agricultural industry alliance of Liaoning province,finally,on the basis of combining function path to that,the article constructs a multi-department innovation management model,which is composed of TRIZ command office,TRIZ innovative and coordinated office and TRIZ innovation project platform.And expound the innovative management mechanism from the different stages of implementing the overall management,moreover,put forward the organization,communication,incentive and technology four aspects of security measures.
