Innovation has become an important means to enhance competitiveness aroundthe world. In order to facilitate the construction of an innovative country, innovationmethods has been launched in2007in China; In2009, the Guangdong province hasbeen carried out the invention of the theory of problem solving (TRIZ). Thepopularization and application of TRIZ is of great significance to promote enterprisetechnology innovation ability, promote the optimization and upgrade of industrialstructure, speed up the transformation of economic development patterns and enhanceour capacity for independent innovation from the source.This paper is based on “5W” theory but makes a step further by generating anextensive model to be used as a theoretical framework to apply to Guangdongprovince. This paper consists of7parts. Chapter1is the introduction part, consistingof issues, main content and structure of the thesis. Chapter2and3interpret theconcept and definition of “5W” theory and include the literature review of theapplication of “5W” theory internationally. Chapter4’s focus is the analysis ofenterprises based on “5W” theory, analyzes the TRIZ primary audience in the processof promoting-enterprises, and analyzes behavior characteristics and its maininfluencing factors during the promotion in the process of cognition, attitude, emotion,behavior, then, sets up the government-led TRIZ promotion model. The text take thismodel as analytical framework, the fifth chapter analyzes the status of application ofTRIZ, problems and challenges in Guangdong province. On the basis of this articleestablished the government-led TRIZ promotion model, chapter6puts forwardsuggestions to optimizing and improving of TRIZ innovation from the main body,transmission channels, content. Chapter seven makes a summary and puts forwardfurther research prospect.This paper argues that TRIZ theory is a communication process as a method ofinnovation to be accepted by the audience cognition, familiar, and application.The“5W” propagation theory has five basic elements: who (who), said what (what),through which channels (in which the channel), to whom (to whom), what effect (with what effect) to establish the communication process theory, it is the suitable thetheoretical model to analyze the process. In this paper, on the basis of the application ofthe theory of “5W”.We add an "F" as the basis of TRIZ application promotion modelwhich is the audience feedback on the communicator.The essay uses Theory of Reasoned Action(TRA)and Theory of PlannedBehavior(TPB)to separate the action of enterprise accepting the innovative approachof TRIZ into four terms: cognition, attitude, emotion and behavior, correspondingly,divides the process of promoting and applying of TRIZ into four periods, namely,startup period, acceleration period, growth period and maturation period, and thenanalyzes the characteristics of the process in each period, finally proposes somerelative strategies.Government-led TRIZ promotion model is widely used all over the world. Thisarticle uses the experience of TRIZ promotion at home and abroad for reference, andtake the “5W” communication theory as the framework, designs the government-ledTRIZ promotion model.The extensive model proposed in this paper and the suggestions made can beworth referring for the construction of a theoretical framework and innovationapplication of Guangdong province.
