As a supporting and leading material carrier for social development,infrastructure plays an important role in promoting urban economic development and social progress.However,looking at China’s urban infrastructure construction,blind investment,unreasonable planning,and construction mismatch are widespread,resulting in infrastructure development that is not synchronized with urban construction,affecting urbanization and restricting urban development.Therefore,the capability for sustainable development of urban infrastructure has become a research hotspot and has become the focus of government work.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct an in-depth study of capability for sustainable development of urban infrastructure,examine the state of the state of urban infrastructure,and propose reasonable suggestions to improve urban infrastructure.The capability for sustainable development has important guiding significance for promoting sustainable urban development.First of all,the paper defines the scope of urban infrastructure research,expounds the theory of urban infrastructure sustainable development,and lays a theoretical foundation for the thesis.Secondly,it summarizes the current situation of urban infrastructure development in China and Liaoning Province,and analyzes and summarizes the problems and influencing factors of urban infrastructure sustainable development capability,through literature research and expert interviews,the overall goal of sustainable development of urban infrastructure is the ability to On the three levels of sustainability,structural sustainability and development and sustainability,15 urban infrastructure sustainable development capability evaluation indicators were constructed,and the entropy weight method was used to calculate the index weights.On this basis,the gray correlation degree evaluation method was used to construct the urban foundation.The facility sustainability assessment model,based on the classification criteria of urban infrastructure sustainable development capacity,provides an empirical analysis of the sustainable development capacity of urban infrastructure in Liaoning Province.The results show that there is a volatility in the sustainable development of urban infrastructure in Liaoning Province from 2013 to 2017,but the overall trend is upward.Among them,Yingkou,Chaoyang,Benxi,Anshan and Panjin have increased by a large margin,with an increase of 10%;according to the evaluation results,Liaoning will be The level of infrastructure sustainable development in 14 prefecture-level cities is divided into three categories.The first category is Shenyang and Dalian.The sustainable development capacity of urban infrastructure is relatively high.The second category is Anshan,Yingkou,Panjin,Jinzhou and Benxi.With Liaoyang,the sustainable development capacity of urban infrastructure is medium.The third category is Fushun,Dandong,Fuxin,Chaoyang,Tieling and Huludao.The sustainable development capacity of urban infrastructure is relatively low,and the urban infrastructure in Dalian is sustainable.The highest capacity,Shenyang is second,Tieling is the worst,and the inter-city infrastructure sustainable development capability is significantly different;the overall ranking of Liaoning’s urban infrastructure sustainable development capacity is basically similar to that of Liaoning Province,and Panjin urban infrastructure sustainable development capability Higher ranking,but transportation infrastructure and water supply and drainage infrastructure are sustainable Exhibition of relatively low capacity,low Tieling City infrastructure capacity for sustainable development,but drainage infrastructure for sustainable development ability is relatively high. |
