In 1980,our country domestic insurance business gradually began to recover,especially in 1992,AIA founded in Shanghai,China,first introduced the life insurance agent system in China,the domestic insurance companies to follow suit,life began to rapid development in China.In 2019 our country realize the original insurance premium is 4.3 trillion yuan,up 13.16% from a year earlier,payment and payment of 1.3 trillion yuan,up 8.33% from a year earlier,the insurance industry total assets of 20.6 trillion yuan,the year growth of 12.57%.At present,insurance industry has been highly concerned by the country and has become one of the three financial pillars of the country.With the rapid development of China's insurance industry,many foreign insurance companies have joined China's insurance market in succession,and the problems left by China's "crowd tactics" in the past 30 years have gradually become prominent,bringing a series of potential risks to the sustainable development of insurance companies.For insurance companies,in order to remain invincible in the fierce competition,how to attract talent,retain talent and cultivate professional talent is of vital importance,and the training and management of employees is the key.Although each insurance company has its own training management system before,with the continuous changes in the age,educational background and knowledge of marketing personnel,the original training system has become more and more unable to adapt to the training needs of insurance marketing per sonnel in the new era.Therefore,this paper takes the training management system of M life insurance company as the research object,finds out the specific problems in the training management system,analyzes the causes of the problems,and proposes solutions or Suggestions.In this paper,through literature analysis,questionnaire investigation and case analysis of M life insurance company's training management system has carried on the investigation and study.Firstly,by consulting domestic and foreign literature,we can clearly understand the current research status of enterprise employee training,and provide a reliable theoretical basis for this paper.Secondly,I have a comprehensive understanding of the marketing staff training management system of M life insurance company by consulting the relevant training materials of M life insurance company in detail.And then through the design is based on a questionnaire survey of the questionnaires,and carries on the data collected by reasonable inductive summary and quantitative analysis,found th at M life insurance company marketing staff training management system mainly exist the following problems: the training target is not combined with the co mpany's development goals;Lack of effective analysis of training needs and weak pertinence of contents;The imperfection of the curriculum system,the need to strengthen efforts to cultivate teachers;The training method is single and the innovation needs to be strengthened.Lack of effective post-training effecte valuation,its organization is often a mere formality.Based on the analysis of the problems found,this paper puts forward a set of training management system optimization scheme for M Life Insurance Company from the aspects of training needs analysis,training plan,training imple mentation,training effect evaluation,training teacher management and training innovation in the Internet era,which is suitable to the development strategy of the enterprise and can meet the actual needs of the marketing staff development.It is hoped that the optimization scheme will enhance the marketing staff's business knowledge and professional skills and create a group of marketers,Profe ssional marketing personnel with high quality,high performance and high inco me provide strong support for the enterprise to take the road of professional development,and at the same time,provide some guiding strategies and suggestions for the development of the training management system of other insurance companies of the same scale in China.
