For any company,the marketing team is the foundation that supports the development of the entire company and an important reflection of the core competitiveness.The marketing of the life insurance company refers to a series of activities that aim at meeting the needs of the insured and reach the targets of company.Its basic commodity is insurance,while its center is the economic market.This research uses the literature review method to analyze the development and evolution of life insurance marketing from home to abroad.The researcher also analyzes the insurance agent system from various angles.By comparing the different management systems of life insurance companies that are among the top in terms of insurance depth and density among the world,the researcher examines the series of problems encountered by China's life insurance companies and finds out the problems of the current system.In the research,the interpretative structural modeling method is used,combined with the management system,to analyze the existing problem of the design of the management system in the Fude Life Insurance Company and compose the solutions.The researcher finds out the common problems in the insurance agent system and also provides the management systems and marketing models that follow the market rules and the basic moral spirit.This research provides inspiration for Fude Life Insurance Company and the entire life insurance industry.
