In recent years,the competition in the same industry in China's retail market has become more and more fierce.Consumers have higher requirements for the consumption experience process and shopping environment.At the same time,with the rapid development of e-commerce economic model,the retail business activities of LS Department Store Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as LS department store)have had a great impact.Traditional department stores want to be in the Internet tide.In order to stabilize our position,cater to consumers and meet the needs of the times,we must make corresponding changes.For traditional department stores,the performance of employees has a great impact on the performance of the company.For employees with ability and good performance,they should be effectively motivated,people-oriented and retain talents.According to the author's investigation,the existing salary management system of LS retail department store has some problems,such as improper incentive and equalitarianism.In the era of development,it is necessary to optimize the existing salary management system.Based on the theory of objective management,performance theory and incentive theory,this paper studies the current situation of performance management in LS department store,finds out the problems in performance management,and puts forward the optimization plan of performance management,especially the evaluation system,from the perspective of the key performance indicators and the Balanced Scorecard theory,so as to improve the level of performance management and promote LS department store The improvement of commodity retail business performance.First of all,in the background of reviewing the research on compensation performance management of traditional department stores,this paper summarizes the relevant theories of performance management and puts forward the research ideas of this paper.Secondly,it analyzes the performance management and human resource management of traditional department stores.
