Performance management (Performance Management) decisiving the promotion of enterprise competitive advantage and achieving business goals, also is the soul of human resources management. More and more companies in the world use the performance management to help achieving enterprises’s goal, and more Chinese enterprises join to them. An operational, consistent with the target of enterprise performance management, can realize the management method of everlasting enterprises. Performance management is the core and source of enterprise supervision, restraint and incentive mechanism.The staff will be able to potential and fully mobilize the initiative by an transparent, fair and effective performance appraisal system,and then make the enterprise resource integration and utilization, also ensure the realization of the strategic objectives of enterprises. In this thesis, the development strategy of M company is looked on as a guide and accorded to the characteristics of the technology industry,The thesis used the theory and method of key performance indicators (KPI) and Balanced Scorecard (BSC). We established a suitable and effective performance management system of M science and technology company in view of the present situation of performance management.
