Performance appraisal is a basic work in enterprise management, it is connected with each link of the management work, is an essential work. It affects every employee's working status, salary, and even personal development planning, which also affects the enterprise own benefit, efficiency and future, so performance appraisal of enterprises and workers firmly tied together, sharing the honor. Therefore, the effectiveness of performance appraisal determines the future prosperity or decline of the enterprise.This paper starts from the basic theory of performance appraisal, from the importance of theory analysis of performance appraisal, and then referring to recent literatures at home and abroad on the basis of the actual situation of CB company, the CB company human resources situation, the current situation of performance appraisal, survey, and other related research work, find out the actual problems of assessment CB the performance of the company, such as in the current performance appraisal scheme, only as a basis for financial accounting, and all our staff most do not understand what is the performance, some managers do not know the meaning and function of performance management. The author puts forward the performance appraisal optimization scheme of internal management of a CB company, classified assessment of all our staff, and the corresponding quantitative and non quantitative indicators for different job characteristics, and to assess the implementation of the plan, application, security 3 aspects to do the detailed provisions and instructions, ready for the future development of enterprises.
